Submission Instructions

All submitted papers must contain only original work, which has not been published by or is currently under review for any other journal or conference. All submissions must be written in English with a maximum paper length of 9 pages (10-point font) using the two-column IEEE conference format. The workshop will also consider short papers of 5 pages (10-point font). Accepted papers must be presented by an author (or a substitute non-author presenter approved by the workshop chair prior to the workshop) in order to be included in the final IEEE CNS Proceeding.

Final Paper Instructions:
Accepted papers will be published in the IEEE Digital Library and included in the IEEE CNS proceedings. Final papers must be submitted through EDAS no later than April 2, 2018.

To be published in the workshop proceedings, at least one author of an accepted paper is required to register for the workshop and present their paper. More information about the registration will be announced through the conference registration page.
